Shipping Guide

Prepaid Labels

We provide prepaid Australia Post shipping labels for all approved items.

Your label will specify the required parcel size. Please ensure your packaging matches the allocated size.

If, after packing, your parcel exceeds the allocated size, contact us before lodgement so we can issue an amended label.

Additional postage costs may be deducted from your final payment if instructions are not followed.

Packaging Your Items

Please neatly fold garments and pack them securely in an appropriately sized satchel or box.

  • You may use your own suitable packaging, or

  • Purchase a plain satchel or box from Australia Post if required.

Packaging costs are not reimbursed.

Additional wrapping (such as tissue paper) is not necessary unless an item requires extra protection during transit.

When attaching your label:

  • Place it flat on the front of the parcel

  • Ensure barcodes are clearly visible

  • Do not cover barcodes with tape

Australia Post Size Guide

Please refer to the dimensions below when sourcing packaging:

  • Extra Small - 16cm x 23cm

  • Small - 35.5cm x 22.45cm

  • Medium - 39cm x 27cm

  • Large - 41.5cm x 31.5cm

  • Extra Large - 51cm x 44cm

We will advise which size applies to your shipment.

Processing & Payment

Once your parcel arrives, each garment is reviewed to ensure it matches the approved application.

Please allow 2–3 business days for processing.

If all items meet the agreed standards, payment will then be transferred to your nominated bank account.

If Items Are Not Accepted

If any items do not meet our buying criteria upon inspection, we will contact you before finalising payment.

You may choose to:

  • Have the item returned at your expense, or

  • Authorise responsible donation on your behalf.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

All parcels are sent with tracking.

Once a parcel is lodged with Australia Post, delivery timeframes and transit handling are outside our control. In the rare event of loss, we will assist with the carrier’s investigation process.
