Payment

How You’re Paid

All approved items are paid via direct bank transfer (EFT) to your nominated Australian bank account.

We do not offer alternative payment methods and are unable to transfer to international accounts.

When Payment Is Issued

Payment is processed within 2 business days of your parcel being received and approved.

You will receive an email confirmation once funds have been transferred.
Please allow 1–2 business days for the transfer to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Bank Details

You will be asked to provide:

• Account name

• BSB

• Account number

Please ensure your details are entered correctly. Season Archive is not responsible for payments made to incorrect bank details supplied by the client.

Important Notes

• Payout amounts are agreed prior to shipping and are non-negotiable.

• If items differ from the approved application (including condition, authenticity, or undisclosed flaws), payout may be adjusted or items declined.

• Payment is issued once items pass final inspection.

• Season Archive reserve the right to withhold payment if authenticity is in question

• We may request ID verification in rare cases

• Payments are final once issued
